Internal Investigations

    I have been on both sides of the investigation process - as the fact finder, and as a business leader who has brought in independent fact finders.

     An independent review is often the safest course for protecting a business.

My legal and business background allows me to bring a unique perspective to investigations.

 

   An internal investigation is inherently disruptive and causes anxiety.  To properly tailor the inquiry the investigator must have a clear understanding of the law.  However, to reduce disruption and anxiety, the investigator must also understand the ramifications of the investigation and its impact on the individuals involved and on the workplace.  My breadth of experience allows me to complete a thorough investigation using an approach that reduces anxiety and disruption.
